  • Health Insurance Coverage
    MAKE Corporation subsidizes the cost of medical and dental coverage to protect the health of consultants and their families. Full-time employees are eligible to participate starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • 401(k) Pre-Tax Retirement Savings
    Save for the future with pre-tax deferments. Eligibility starts after six months of full-time employment.
  • Flexible Spending Account
    Set aside pre-tax funds to defray the cost of health and dependent care expenses throughout the year. Use your flexible spending account to cover child care, medical, dental, vision, laboratory, pharmaceutical and other approved expenditures. Reduce taxable income while increasing your spendable income. Save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year.
  • Reimbursement for Education and Professional Development
    To encourage lifelong learning, MAKE Corporation offers subsidies for ongoing education through colleges, professional certification programs and other venues.
