MAKE Corporation has been serving the staffing needs of Chicago area corporations since 1982. Encouraged by his former clients to provide resources to their projects, Marty Klest extended the services of MAKE Corporation to include recruiting and management of contingent workforce. Karen Wilson joined MAKE as a partner in late 2002 and under Karen’s leadership the company quickly grew to earn a place on Staffing Industry Analysts list of fastest growing companies for 5 consecutive years. In mid 2010 Marty and Ann Klest retired from MAKE Corporation and Karen Wilson and her lifelong friend, Steve Luse, acquired all outstanding shares. The company remains a nationally certified, woman owned business and Karen now serves as President and CEO.
